Evolution of our Order DB to Scope CRM...

ScopeFrom humble beginnings in 2005 the Order DB has been a project in the works for many years, it was officially released to our clients in 2009 as a Microsoft Access database for the sole purpose of electronically pricing & ordering kitchens from Artline. While the Order DB allowed for orders to be typed manually or imported from Cabinet Vision like any great idea it was neither complete or perfect. So from feedback provided by you our clients and many hours of in-house development by our IT team additional features and functionality have continued to be added to it. However in late 2014 the decision was made that we had outgrown Microsoft Access and needed to develop a program that did not rely on Access and hence the Scope CRM was born which is now a standalone program with cloud integration.
